Charred Leeks, Hazelnut
Buried in coals, split open, finished with brown butter.

There is no gas line in our kitchen. There never has been. One hearth, one wood pile, and a menu that changes with the season and the mood of the fire. Dishes arrive blistered, rested, and unapologetic.
We source from farms within a morning's drive and butcher, ferment, and bake in-house. The menu below is tonight's — tomorrow the coals decide again.
